Physical Acoustics' line of Acoustic Emission (AE) products spans the full range of AE inspection sectors, from large turnkey and multichannel systems for permanent installation, to compact and handheld systems for use in the field, as well as the software, sensors and accessories to support these systems.

Our Engineering organization consists of various engineering talents and disciplines, including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Sensor Engineers. Many of our engineers hold advanced degrees, including PhDs and Master's degrees. Our staff is able to develop complete NDT systems, from the sensors, to the electronic circuit boards, mechanical system packaging, software development, IT and internet related monitoring and reporting, application expertise, and robotic automation for industrial turn-key solutions.

Physical Acoustics is an American manufacturer. We have all the personnel and tools necessary to fabricate every product we design, in a high quality, high technology environment. We are fully capable of manufacturing any of our products within our expansive manufacturing facilities. These products are fully developed by our Engineering and R&D organizations and manufactured in our fully, vertically integrated, manufacturing facility, here in the United States.

Our manufacturing facility has the full capability to fabricate, assemble, test and support all of our products for sale, in an ISO-9001 quality environment. We have been ISO-9001 qualified since 1996, before that we were fully MIL-STD-9858A; military certified. Our Manufacturing Operations consists of over 45 personnel and various manufacturing centers.
