The Tool

Quantisweb is a multivariate optimization methodology and software which offers an alternative to traditional Design of Experiments methods, Expert Systems and Statistics and Optimization software used to formulate or optimize a product recipe or a manufacturing process simultaneously.

Quantisweb determines the behavioral laws of random (stochastic) systems with a minimal number of experiments.

Quantisweb provides optimal values for inputs ingredients and process variables to obtain the desired characteristics of a product and/or manufacturing process.

Quantisweb works in a static environment (laboratory) or dynamic environment (real time production), and is quite useful in product lifecycle management (PLM) and Manufacturing Executions Systems (MES) processes.
