Backing Rings

The Robvon Commercial Backing Rings are designed for quick, easy alignment of pipe, tube, fittings and valves and assure precise, close tolerance fit-up. They allow complete penetration and fusion of the weld and radiograph perfect certified welds

Conspacer®

The Robvon Conspacer®, which combines the Robvon Backing Ring and a Robvon Consumable Insert Ring, is suitable for use in high and low pressure piping in facilities where TIG welding is used to join pipe or tubing.

Consumable Inserts

The Robvon Consumable Insert Rings are for use in the welding of critical piping systems where internal obstructions cannot be tolerated or in welding of pipe, tube and other joining areas where uniformity and smooth root bead is required.

Machined Rings

The Robvon Machined Rings are for use in the welding of high/low pressure and, or high/low temperature piping systems where a close tolerance fit-up is required. Robvon Machined Rings can either be manufactured as a "Split" or "Solid" ring. Owing to the flexibility of a machined part, the Robvon Machined Ring can be produced from their "Standard" list or any possible configuration imaginable.

Squings

Robvon Squings are designed for quick, easy alignment of square or rectangular tubing and to assure a precise, close tolerance fit-up. They allow complete penetration and fusion of the weld.
