Two founders. One big idea.
When they founded SPEE3D in 2014, Byron Kennedy and Steven Camilleri had worked together for over 15 years. During that time, they encountered a persistent challenge: sourcing metal parts was just hard. From supply chain issues to part obsolescence, they continued to face a battery of obstacles-and struggled to find an efficient way to keep equipment up and running.
To simplify and accelerate the metal AM process, they began to harness the true power of cold spray-and soon created the fastest, most affordable metal AM process in the world. With strong roots in R&D and a bold vision of the road ahead, the two continue to shape and advance the entire industry.
