In 2009, the predecessor, Shanghai Niumag Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, and won the National Science and Technology Achievement Award, Excellent Achievement Award, Excellent Enterprise Standard Award, and Key New Product Award

In 2013, Niumag was approved to undertake a major national scientific instrument and equipment project

In 2016, Suzhou Niumag Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. changed its name to Suzhou Niumag Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd., and was listed on the New Third Board (stock code: 836507)

In 2017, Niumag’s analytical post-doctoral workstation was promoted from the provincial level to a “national post-doctoral research workstation”
