Founded in 1996 by George Maines and his wife Linda, TACK Electronics was established to meet the needs of customers whose volumes and lead times fell outside of, or between, traditional contract manufacturing specifications. Since then, TACK has successfully been producing high quality custom wire harnesses and assemblies for a wide variety of electronic applications. While TACK started in a two-stall garage, today it is the preferred supplier of electronic wire harness assemblies for companies based throughout the United States and Canada.

One of the main reasons that TACK is successful today is that we can seamlessly fill small to large orders with short lead times. This has become increasingly important as a number of companies pursue cost savings by sourcing overseas suppliers who have large order requirements and long lead times. We are able to meet these needs while being cost competitive and not sacrificing on quality.

TACK Electronics is ISO 9001:2008 Compliant and is committed to producing high quality products to meet customer specifications. We are a UL listed manufacturer of wiring harnesses and supplier of repackaged recognized components. We strive to keep sufficient stock of our customer's UL listed common components in our inventory to meet their requirements in a timely manner.

TACK Electronics has consistently demonstrated the ability to produce quality wire harnesses for a variety of industries. TACK has worked with hundreds of customers to help customize the perfect harness for their end applications, from developing new products to sustaining mature ones over time. We ensure that each harness assembly is manufactured to meet the specifications of customer supplied drawings or prints.
