Twinplex is a 4^th generation Deep Draw metal stamping company certified to ISO 9001:2008. We design, and fabricate custom tooling to produce deep draw stamping parts in our 60,000 SqFt facility.

Specializing in manufacturing of custom deep drawn metal components produced to our customer’s specifications. Our current capabilities enable us to produce drawn products up to 4.0” in depth, fabricated from brass, copper, cold roll steel, pre-plated and stainless steels, and other alloys.

We utilize high speed Minster, US Baird, Platarg, and Waterbury Farrel transfer and progressive die press equipment upto 100tons to economically produce close tolerance, precision drawn metal components. Our facility includes production-cleaning equipment with effluent control. Engineering and design with Solidworks. Fabrication for tooling , including carbide components, is performed in house.
