After thirteen years working in the fabricating industry with experience in all phases of the business, William Pels opened the doors to Will's Pro Custom Manufacturing in 1993. Before opening his own shop, Billy Pels had experience operating shears, punch presses, press brakes, mills, lathes, drill presses, sanding machines and deburring equipment along with layout and inspection. He also was responsible for much of the business side of the organization including quality control, customer calls, problem-solving, scheduling, inventory control and purchasing. Out of this broad base of experience comes an intense commitment to innovative, quality products that delight his customers.

The present company grew from the purchase of an existing military parts manufacturing company in September of 1993. That base of customers was expanded into oil field down hole and pumping service companies, printing press manufacturers, rebuilders and service companies along with OE manufacturers of water extractors, air compressors and aircraft seats.

Starting with the first communication, through the completion of the part, care is taken to make the product you need.

• Discuss your needs with their experienced, knowledgeable staff to identify requirements and to select the best materials and manufacturing methods to meet your specifications
• Create drawings if none are available
• 3D and 2D drawings are made and tooling is produced
• Order entered into computers
• Completion date is scheduled
• Appropriate inspection checks are taken at each manufacturing stage
• Final inspection
• Parts are shipped by the appropriate method to designated destination
