Custom equipment is designed around the customer’s specific process requirements, but they offer hundreds of standard batch models, including laboratory equipment. Memmert brand ovens, sterilizers, and incubators are imported from Germany.
Some typical applications include metal finishing, preheating, composite curing, fume incinerators, drying, aging, heat-treating, decontamination, sterilizing and shrink-fitting. Batch units include laboratory, cabinet, pit, walk-in, car-bottom, top-load, elevator, and drop-bottom configurations. Continuous ovens can be arranged as a belt conveyor, monorail (overhead-trolley), indexing, pusher, Ferris wheel, carousel or spindle (chain-on-edge) conveyors.
In addition to convection ovens, infrared equipment is manufactured through their Wisconsin Infrared Systems division. This provides Wisconsin Oven with the flexibility to offer the best heating media for the application, whether it is convection, infrared, or a combination of both. Visit www.wisinfrared.com for more information on gas catalytic and electric infrared options.
Turnkey installations, start-up service, spare parts and PM programs are available through their Service and Parts department, which can be reached at service@wisoven.com.
