Fine Pitch Board-to-Board Connectors with high pin count.
Flecto floating connectors are designed to provide movement in the X, Y & Z axes of the male connector. The movement allows for added location tolerance, required when multiple connectors are used to connect the same two PCBs.
The mating area of the male connector can move by up to ±0.8mm from the centerline. This compensates for positional mis-alignment across multiple connectors. It also eases any stresses from misaligned connections, helping maintain the contact force over time.
Three choices of miniature pitches: 0.5mm (.0197"), 0.635mm (.025") and 0.8mm (0.0315"). Supplied in tape & reel for high volume surface mount assembly.

NEW off-the-shelf fully terminated Coax cable assemblies available in 150mm cable length using high-grade, lightweight RG178 wire, for smaller, lighter and more flexible designs.
The Archer Kontrol range comprises compact and robust 1.27mm pitch connectors available in horizontal and vertical layouts with 12-80 pin combinations. Designed with surface mount solder tabs for additional board retention strength and protection, the connector withstands lateral and twisting forces in high vibration environments. Tested to perform up to 500 operations from temperatures between -55'c to +125'c, the connectors are fully shrouded and can assist with blind mating.
SYCAMORE Contact is the ultra-reliable, durable three-point SMT contact for high volume, advanced automated assembly. Supplied in Tape & Reel, a single-part SMT socket design featuring a low profile of only 0.3mm above the PCB. Available in top and bottom entry versions, it accepts 1.0mm or 1.50mm diameter pins and is open-ended, so mating pin depth is not limited.
TTI's Tech specs reveal the low profile, single-piece SMT Sycamore Contact available in top or bottom entry styles and with 3 points of contact for increased reliability.

Datamate T-Contact is a single-piece beryllium copper contact capable of up to 8.5A when used on 2mm pitch Datamate J-Tek* and suitable for 22AWG cable.
