A brief introduction to Specim FX Series hyperspectral cameras with a few examples of how you can utilize it in an industrial environment.
The Spectrophotometer CF-300 is capable of measuring areas as small as 0.75 x 1 mm, making it idea to measure products with small measuring areas, such as watch dials, bands, smartphone parts, eyeglass frames, zippers, buttons, fountain pens, etc. With a viewfinder, you can accurately align the measurement part, effectively reducing measurement errors. The Spectrophotometer CF-300 allows for non-contact measurement, by using an integrating sphere capable of measuring color even at a distance of 1 mm from the target. The Spectrophotometer CF-300 requires only about 0.1 sec per measurement making it capable of continuous measurement at a minimum interval of about 0.2 sec, the CF-300 can perform 5 measurements per second*. Improving efficiency of quality control via high-speed non-contact measurements on production lines.

The high accuracy of Konica Minolta's CA Series Display Color Analyzers has become the standard within the display industry. Our customers have come to expect value and superior technology found in Konica Minolta's analyzers. The CA-410 is the next step in this analytic technology. The enhanced accuracy of the XYZ filters, the CA-410 pushed its spectral sensitivity even closer to the color-matching functions defined by CIE in 1931. The accuracy of chromaticity measurements has been further improved by calibrating the analyzer with reference that replicates the optical spectrum of current displays. Users can more accurately measure and adjust the chromaticity and white balance of displays that have a wide color gamut.
Konica Minolta uses cutting edge technology for light measurement. We hold our instruments to the strictest accuracy and quality from spectroradiometers used in the laboratory, to handheld light meters used in the field. Konica Minolta has a wide range of products well suited for comprehensive light and display measurement. Our wide lineup of measuring instruments makes us one of the market's leading performers.
The CM-26dG spectrophotometer is the next generation of portable sphere spectrophotometer with an integrated 60-degree gloss sensor allowing distinct color and appearance measurements within one instrument. CM-26dG spectrophotometer horizontal alignment can fit into narrow spaces and is convenient for high-precision color and gloss measurement of smooth or textured samples.
As the color of paints and coatings become more complex, it is important that brightness and other color standards remain consistent. With this in mind, Konica Minolta Sensing designed the hand-held Spectrophotometer CM-M6. This multi-angle spectrophotometer controls the color of complex paints, plastics, and coatings. The CM-M6 provides measurement data at six selectable angles; ideal for capturing finishes that exhibit visual changes at different angles. When controlling the color of metallic, pearlescent, and other more complex paints and coatings, it is important to have a precision instrument. Konica Minolta Sensing's CM-M6 is a versatile and repeatable multi-angle spectrophotometer for precise color measurement.
The CR-400 and 410 Chroma Meters are a handheld, portable measurement instruments designed to evaluate the color of objects, particularly those with texture, uneven surface conditions, or a lot of color variation. Through standard or customized evaluation formulas, these high accuracy, reliable colorimeters help users control the color quality, consistency, and appearance of their samples in a more efficient, streamlined process internally and throughout the supply chain. They accurately identify color characteristics in objects, determine color differences between objects, and provide pass/fail assessments to immediately determine if the sample meets the defined standard.
This makes the CR-400/410 ideal for color inspections of food, building material, and textile applications within quality control, quality assurance, and R&D fields.
