ATEC''s Planeveyor Ball Transfer - Debris Discharge Type is designed to help prevent rotation problems caused by debris.
Its unique design allows debris to pass through the ball transfer and be discharged through a hole at the bottom. As the main ball rotates, the small balls circulate inside, pushing debris toward the discharge hole and out of the unit.
This design is suitable for applications where dust, sand, chips, or other debris may enter the ball transfer, including steel plate handling, sand mold handling, stone processing, powder molding machines, washing equipment, and machining operations.
ATEC''s Centering Unit is designed for quick and simple workpiece positioning.
The top plate moves smoothly in all directions, allowing workpieces to be moved with minimal force. When unloaded, the top plate quickly returns to its original position. By supplying air, the top plate can be locked at any position.
