Accurate Natural Gas Detection Using Lasers
Featured Product from Electro Optical Components, Inc.
Natural Gas consists primarily of Methane (CH4) and Ethane (C2H6). The best, most accurate way to detect the presence of natural gas without false readings is to measure both gasesl. Methane by itself is everywhere. An extremely accurate and fastest way to measure these gases is using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectrometry). The EOC PD358 2 channel TDLAS sensor measures both gases [Methane (CH4) and Ethane (C2H6)].
Other Methane (CH4) TDLAS systems include:
- Mini Flashlight Methane (CH4) Detector L10M
- Handheld Methane (CH4) Detector C10X
- Low Cost Methane (CH4) Detector PD-177
Other Gas Detection Systems:
- NDIR (Non Dispersive InfraRed) Gas Detection
- Electrochemical Gas Detection
- PID Sensors for Measuring VOCs (Volital Optical Components)
- Anarex Gas Detection Systems using Various Technologies
