The FEMTO HBPR series Low-Noise Balanced Photoreceivers offer differential measurement of optical signals in the wavelength range from 320 nm to 1700 nm (SI or InGaAs) with bandwidths of up to 500 MHz. The optical inputs are free space or fiber-coupled.  Among other things, the devices enable highly sensitive, precise detection of laser pulses even at high repetition rates and rapidly changing signal shapes.
