Bandpass Filter(also called band-pass filters, BP filters, or band-pass filters) are optcial filters designed to transmit a portion of the spectrum while blocking the remaining light,  isolating desired spectral ranges while blocking light outside the specified region. The width of the transmission waveband can range from much less than an Ångström to a few hundred nanometers. This selective transmission is critical in applications where precise control over the optical spectrum is essential for accurate analysis or communication. Bandpass filters find extensive usage in life science, industrial, medical, photography, or Research and Developing (R&D) realms.

Company Profile

Hangzhou Shalom EO offers bandpass filters of a diverse range of categories including Narrow Bandpass Filters, Narrowband Filters for Biochemistry Analyzers, Narrowband Filters for Enzyme Labelling Instrument, Narrowband Filters for Polarimeter, Fluorescence filters, Ultra-Violet (UV) Narrowband Filters and High Transmission Narrow Bandpass Filters made from Colored Glass bonded with BK7 or Fused Silica (the glass we sourced are equivalent to that of Hoya).

Each of our bandpass filters consists of multiple layers of dielectric coatings applied to a glass substrate, creating an interference-based construction. These layers are engineered with deliberation to achieve the desired transmission characteristics and optimal performance. Also, high-precision polishing, tight geometric control, robust substrate material, and water-resistant design ensure optical excellence, endurance to harsh weather and long life spans. There is a wide selective blocking wavelength range of 200-10500nm, from Ultra-Violet (UV) to Visible and Infrared (IR) spectrum. Dozens of mounted stock modules with various dimensions are available, and hard coatings can be furnished. We also provide custom bandpass filters tailored upon request.
