This regulator includes integrated high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, an internal LDO for single-supply operation, and a programmable switching frequency from 270 kHz to 800 kHz. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.6 V to 12 V, with ±0.5% accuracy over temperature. Additional features such as ripple injection, droop control for adaptive voltage positioning (AVP), and hiccup-mode short-circuit protection make it suitable for demanding power delivery applications.
