The Amphenol Sine Systems PowerMate series high-voltage interconnection system is designed for harsh operating environments that require high power capability, durability, environmental resistance, vibration tolerance, and safety. The connectors support applications such as hybrid and electric vehicles, electric buses, inverters, power distribution equipment, and energy storage systems.

The modular design uses only two contact sizes while supporting cable cross-sections from 16 mm² to 150 mm². PowerMate connectors incorporate RADSOK® contact technology, offer voltage ratings up to 1,500 V_DC and current ratings up to 515 A, and feature lever-assisted locking for improved mating forces and handling. The series also provides 360° shielding, robust vibration performance, and environmental protection ratings up to IP69K for demanding transportation and industrial applications.
