Ceramic Processing Wastewater System
Featured Product from KINTEP NEW POWER
Challenge:
Ceramic processing wastewater has clay, feldspar, limestone and other raw materials filled with the appropriate dispersant and moisture moulding berkelium firing into ceramics in the production process of wastewater discharged. Wastewater mainly from before and after the moulding process, wastewater containing solid waste concentration of 0.1-0.2% (by weight), PH7.5-8.5, generally by the natural sedimentation pond precipitation treatment and discharge. Clogging of the drainage pipes and silting of the river should be prevented after discharge.
System Configuration:
- Reaction System: Chemicals are optimally dosed to coagulate and flocculate the fine suspended solids, preparing them for removal.
- Sedimentation System: Advanced Lamella Clarifier separates sludge from the clarified water with high efficiency.
- Filter Press System: dewaters the collected sludge, transforming it into solid, low-moisture cakes for easy disposal or potential reuse.
- Control System: PLC automates the entire process for consistent, hands-off operation.
Features & Benefits:
- Full PLC Automation: Ensures consistent treatment quality, reduces labor costs, and minimizes human error. The system runs reliably 24/7 with minimal operator intervention.
- Compact, Skid-Mounted Design: Drastically reduces the footprint and simplifies installation. The pre-assembled unit is easy to transport and can be flexibly relocated as factory layouts change.
- High Efficiency & Stable Performance: Achieves superior effluent clarity, ensuring compliance and providing high-quality water for reuse. The robust design guarantees stable performance under variable load conditions.
- Low-Moisture Sludge: Produces dense, solid sludge cakes with very low water content. This significantly reduces sludge volume, lowering disposal costs and simplifying handling.
- Anti Corrosion: Built with materials resistant to alkaline wastewater, enhancing the system's durability and longevity, and reducing maintenance needs.
- Low Energy Consumption: Optimized processes and efficient components keep operational power costs to a minimum, improving the total cost-of-ownership.
Treatment Capacity: 5 - 75 m³/h
