Challenge:
During the processes of stone cutting by sawing machines, polishing by grinding machines, and shaping by cutting, a large amount of flushing and cooling wastewater is generated. This wastewater primarily contains stone powder (composed of SiO2, CaO, CaCO2, etc.), along with small amounts of diamond particles, abrasive particles, and impurities such as flushing mud and sand.
Based on the characteristics of stone processing wastewater, the lamella clarifier system treatment process is employed to enable recycling and reuse. This approach not only conserves water resources but also prevents environmental pollution while reducing the operational costs of the enterprise.
