New HD Oscilloscopes Feature 12-Bit Resolution
Featured Product from Siglent Technologies NA, Inc.
The new SDS2000X HD Oscilloscopes from Siglent include 100, 200, 350 and 500 MHz models with finer vertical resolution to analyze signal anomalies in power electronics, medical technology and IoT applications.
The 12-bit resolution plus 2 GSa/s sample rates and low noise front end gives engineers a new tool to analyze the smallest signal details, and is especially useful when the zoom function is active.
The SDS2000X HD includes several intelligent triggers with integrated functions for added versatility on the test bench, including zone trigger, counter, totalizer, mask test, history with search function, FFT analysis with up to 2 million points, serial bus triggering, and decoding for !2C, UART, SPI, LIN and CAN.
An integrated Bode plot function, together with the optional 25 MHz function generator, enables convenient and cost-effective frequency analysis without the expense of external instruments.
Optional decoding protocols include I2S, CAN FD, FlexRay, MIL1553, SENT and Manchester. For MSO/digital logic functionality there is an optional upgrade available that offers 16 digital measurement channels.
These new scopes also have a power analysis option, which enables users to perform the most important measurement automatically and helps determine the required power supply properties. Along with Siglent’s current clamps and differential voltage probes, these instruments will help engineers optimize their SMPS designs.
