SPIROL has released a new video highlighting the updated Model PR Semi-Automatic Pin Inserter and Model CR Heavy Duty Pin Inserter. Both machines install Coiled and Slotted Spring Pins, Solid Pins, Alignment Dowels, and Bushings, and feature a vibratory feeder bowl that automatically delivers pins—ideal for small, hard-to-handle parts.

The touch-screen interface provides multilingual options, machine status, cycle counts, and clear fault indicators. Operation is simple: load the assembly, activate the dual optical touch actuators, and the machine installs the pin and retracts for easy unloading.

Optional quality and safety enhancements include pin presence sensing, force monitoring, vision systems, perimeter guarding, and more. The Model PR delivers up to 1.3 kN (300 lbs) of insertion force, while the Model CR offers higher-force options and can be configured to install multiple pins simultaneously.
