SPIROL offers two Semi-Automatic Pin Inserters designed to install Coiled Spring Pins, Slotted Spring Pins, Solid Pins, Bushings and Alignment Dowels. Both the Model PR and Model CR come equipped with a vibratory feeder bowl and retractable pin insertion head allowing the pin to be automatically delivered to the installation site. This eliminates the need for the operator to handle the pin throughout the entire installation process which is particularly helpful with small, hard to handle pins.
The Model PR Pin Inserter is suited for moderate to high production applications requiring up to 1.3 kN (300 lbs.) of installation force.
The Model CR Heavy Duty Pin Inserter is suited for moderate to high production for applications requiring up to 8kN (1,800 lbs) of installation force. The Model CRD Dual Pin Inserter, based on SPIROL's standard Model CR design, is able to install two pins simultaneously.
