FDP Series (FRP Molded Damper)

The FDP series dampers include a manual locking quadrant. The dampers are equipped with FRP blades housed within an FRP molded casing. These are suitable for operating temperatures up to 80 °C (176 °F). Maximum pressure is 8kPa (32-inch H2O).

Nine different sizes are available, ranging from 4” to 20” diameter.

NDP Series (Large FRP Molded Damper)

The NDP series dampers are highly durable and corrosion resistant, made of FRP. The standard NDP damper has a worm gear drive system with hand wheel operation. These are suitable for operating temperatures up to 80 °C (176 °F).

Maximum pressure rating for the NDP series is +/- 5kPa (20inch H2O). Custom version for maximum pressure +/- 8kPa and +/- 12kPa can be produced upon request.

10 different sizes available, ranging from 22” to 48” diameter.

An EPT seal (Optional) can be installed to prevent leaks from the gap between the valve and the body. As a result, even under the highest static pressure (5kPa: 20inch H2O), leakage is suppressed to a rate of 1%.

Also, SS316 worm gear handle and shafts are available as options.
