Available in manual rewind or power rewind, the SWCR Series of Spring Rewind Arc Reels can handle #2 through #4 cables up to 400 amps. This reel quickly connects the welder to the project at hand and instantly unwinds any cable length for immediate use. The non-sparking ratchet assembly and the declutching arbor are standard, while a cable and ball stop are available options.

Made to handle live electric cable, the CR1600 Manual and Power Rewind Series from Hannay is built with a 3-conductor, 45 amp collector assembly with #8 gauge wiring. The rewind can be powered by a removable crank or chain or a sprocket drive powered an electric or compressed air motor. Rollers and roller mounting attachments are also available for the CR1600 series.

Hannay Reels SGCR Spring Rewind Grounding Reel helps customers meet OSHA requirements for vehicle grounding. The convenient reel has an automatic spring rewind and an internal rotary device for fast rewind. In an independent test, the SGCR Reels performed to 43 kVA for 30 cycles. Additionally, the durable reels feature a ratchet mechanism to lock the reel and prevent unwanted rewind.
