In ECSS "Glossary of Terms", the International Electrotechnical Dictionary, and the Oxford English Dictionary as well as ISO/IEC Standard for Software Life Cycle Processes-Risk Management, and other [26] , [27] , [28] , [30] , [31] these terms are defined as follows:
