Chapter 4: Major Elements of a Physical IT Security Plan
Overview
At this point you should have selected a solid physical IT security working group and be ready to move ahead in developing and documenting specific procedures for the protection of your IT assets. In addition to the representatives from departments who will have responsibility for various procedures, you should have also designated administrative support staff who will actually create necessary documentation. To start this process you can review the checklist in Table 4.1 to determine the status of the various elements you need to complete the process.
