Skills Development for Engineers: An Innovative Model for Advanced Learning in the Workplace

The first part of this book presented a model for encouraging and supporting employee development in the workplace. The model emphasized developing advanced proficiencies in technical subjects and encouraged a focus on on-the-job learning. At this point a major objective of this book has been satisfied.
