About the Authors

Kiseon Kim received his B. Eng. and M. Eng. from Seoul National University, both in electronics engineering, in 1978 and 1980, respectively, and his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, in 1987, in electrical engineering systems.
