Designed to heat thick and abrasive slurries, Hydro-Thermal''s Direct Steam Injection Non-Obstructing Heater (NOH) combines a straight-through design to help inject steam radially inward for unrestricted flow. Uniform fluid heating, along with effective seal construction for near zero-steam shutoff and an adaptable servo-motor driven control, makes for a system that can handle up to 6,900 GPM of flow. The 316SS body, rated for 300 PSIG @ 450°F, is in a class of its own, and we challenge you to find a slurry heating solution that cannot be processed through the NOH.
