Our solution is the world''s smallest, fully certified all-in-one device incorporating a multi-band, multi-chip system-in-package (SiP) that enables cellular LTE-M and NB-IoT architectures. This platform integrates Sequans'' Monarch transceiver and supports a wide array of applications including wearables, alarm systems, security cameras, industrial monitoring, smart metering and more. Skyworks demonstrates the solution''s capability in our customer Pebblebee''s ''Found'' tracker.
Skyworks family of high-efficiency power amplifiers are designed for the stringent requirements of enterprise small cell radios. The SKY66312-11, SKY66317-11, SKY66318-11, SKY66318-21, SKY66319-11, and SKY66320-11 offer wide instantaneous bandwidth with high gain and are fully input/output matched. Active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variations. With a compact 5 x 5 mm package, the SKY663xx-11 family of PAs is ideal for 5G systems operating from 2.3 to 5 GHz.
Skyworks' new family of compact, high performance RF front-end modules (FEMs) is specifically designed for LPWAN - supporting LoRa, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies - and high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range. These highly integrated modules occupy notably minimal footprint and offer low power consumption, ideal for IoT and industrial platforms including sensors, beacons, smartwatches, thermostats, wireless cameras, medical pendants and smoke and CO detectors. In addition, these new FEMs provide improved sensitivity and more than quadruple the operating range versus using a system-on-chip (SoC) alone.
The compact 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No Lead packaged LNA is designed for 2G/3G/4G/5G TDD and FDD infrastructure systems operating from 400 MHz to 6 GHz. The internal active bias circuitry provides stable performance over temperature and process variation
Skyworks'' SKY67181-396LF is a high gain, low noise amplifier (LNA) designed to meet the challenging requirements of cellular LTE and 5G NR infrastructure applications. This LNA features ultra low-noise figure, high gain, and operates over a wide range of frequencies and is housed in an ultra-compact 2 x 2 mm plastic surface mount package to reduce PCB board space. The SKY67181-396LF is pin-to-pin compatible with the previously released SKY67183-396LF and SKY67189-396LF.
