The AD3 board-level differential pressure sensor is comprised of a silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensing chip and a sensor signal conditioning integrated circuit. This sensor can measure from 0-50 kPa up to 1 MPa. A compound pressure range is also available from -100 kPa to +100 kPa.

The low level signal from the sensing chip is amplified, temperature-compensated, calibrated, and converted to digital data that is proportional to the applied pressure. The AD3 is a differential pressure sensor with a 5VDC supply and an analog output. A 3.3V version is available upon request.

This part is ideal for pneumatic control equipment.
