Guide to High Temperature Test Hook Connectors

Both the X100W mini-hook and XM micro-hook style connectors are available in high temperature test hook models. When environments or sterilization processes require products to withstand high temperatures, E-Z-Hook has existing options in our “standard” product offering.

The X100WX and XMX test hook versions are molded with mineral-reinforced nylon. These modified test hook styles have been tested to support high temperatures for extended periods at 250°F (122°C) and short cycles as high as 300°F (150°C). If testing environments require a higher temperature resistance, then the X100WXH extra high temperature test clip proves to support 300°F (150°C) for extended periods and 350°F (175°C) for short periods.

These three test hook connectors can be made into high temperature test leads by using our 300 series (24 AWG Teflon Wire). If you cannot find a test lead combination with the connectors you want, contact us for custom solutions. Let us know your requirements and we will always do our best to offer a product solution.
