CENTRIFEEDER^™

The CentriFeeder^™ with Integrated Control Valve (ICV) accurately measures and controls the flow of any dry, free?flowing solid. Establishing a PID control loop through the use of an integrated, low rpm, AC, Brushless Servo, allows control of the ICV feeding our patented CentriFlow^® Meter. For more precise control, an Integral Linear Position Sensor regulates blade position to within 1 part in 1000 based on stroke. The blade's movement can be monitored via the CentriView^® Electronics package featuring a color, touch-screen HMI, or can be read manually via the mechanical indicator on the valve's exterior. For delicate products, the CentriFeeder^™ is equipped with a Virtual Flow Stop^™ function which stops flow with virtually no damage to your product. The outcome is an easily maintained, consistent flow that can, under some conditions, be controlled over a 100:1 range for a variety of applications, including batching, blending, ratio?control and bag filling.
