1. Product Overview
The IMS ISL700_2A is a highly integrated CMOS photoelectric sensor that incorporates two photodiodes (PDs) and the corresponding signal processing circuits. It is widely used in background suppression photoelectric sensors based on the dual-PD triangulation principle. Multiple parameters of the chip are programmable, offering a wide dynamic adjustment range. Depending on the application, sensor parameters can be configured to optimize performance, with support for one-touch setup, teach-in, and IO-Link configuration.

- Highly integrated CMOS photoelectric sensor with two PDs and processing circuits for dual-PD triangulation background suppression
- PD sizes: A: 600µm×800µm, B: 600µm×1960µm; can be combined with optics to minimize blind zones
- Synchronization via (ext_slvclk), allowing multiple sensors to work side by side without interference
- Programmable clock; sensors can operate at staggered frequencies for interference resistance
- Programmable LED drive
- Large dynamic range; programmable I-V conversion coefficient (min: 50K, max: 50M)
- SH_OUT provides analog output for A/B PDs; differentiated by pls_so, representing the average signal over two PLS cycles
- Switched-capacitor technology for strong anti-interference capability
