Frame light barrier for counting
IMS frame counting sensor (frame light barrier) is used to count all kinds of materials, such as pills, screws, seeds and liquid drop etc. They are suitable for dusty environment. Product features: High resolution, can detect objects down to 1.5 mm Suitable for all types of materials, metal or non-metal, liquid drop Volume calculation for broken pill rejection Cross beam technology to improve resolution One sensor for both dynamic and static detection with same resolution Sensing area: 28 mm*68 mm, 57.6 mm*91.5 mm, 87 mm*147 mm Customized sensor possible (size, channels) 4,6,8,12 channels for packaging industry On delay and off delay time adjustable to meet irregular object counting Solid metal housing to improve life expectancy NPN or PNP output possible Fast response time 1ms Sensitivity adjustment via potentiometer Plug connection
The sensor can detect all kinds of clear objects in different thickness, ranging from wine bottles to transparent film. In addition, even if the detected objects rotate or move arbitrarily in the sensing area, it also owns a reliable output without false trigger. Meanwhile, we adopt teach-in technology, which is easier for users to adjust sensing distance they wanted. So the sensor is also user-friendly.
IMS M8 laser sensor has a detection range of 100mm and with a φ1mm small light spot. This video shows IMS M8 laser sensor counting pins of an Integrated Circuit with high speed. The M8 laser sensor comes with adjustable distance and mode selection.
The optical liquid level switch consists of an infrared LED and a receiver. In air, the light beam from the infrared LED is reflected back into the receiver. When rising liquid touches the tip of the sensor, the light is refracted away from the device, causing little light to return to the receiver. Sensing this change, the sensor outputs a signal to activate or stop other devices. Engineers usually use the sensor to detect the presence of liquid or monitor the leakage. This series is easy to install and do not need adjustment or alignment. Polysulfone housing improves high chemical resistance to most acids and bases.
The reflex sensor with background suppression works with infrared light according to the angle measurement principle and is designed to detect objects against any background. The sensor always has the same switching distance, regardless of the color, shape and surface of the objects.

The E3T series ultra-thin type photoelectric sensors are ideal for installation in limited spaces and compact applications. The sensors measure just 3.9 mm in thickness and come equipped with built-in amplifiers. The series are available in diffuse reflective, retro-reflective, and through-beam models to satisfy different applications and can replace the model BTF of Autonics and E3T of Omron. Power on delay, self-recover short circuit protection, reversed voltage protection, and over voltage protection are designed to improve safety performances. Two bright indicators are convenient for users to observe working states at any time.
This sensor use Multi-Element receiver Array to measure the target distance ranged from 15 mm-100 mm, with accuracy of +/-1 mm. Compared with the popular Sharp analog distance sensor, this sensor has an I2C digital output that is linearly proportional to the target distance and can be read by a MCU directly. User will not need to do the linearization calculation as in the case of Sharp sensor.
Product features:
- High accuracy: 0.1mm
- Sensitivity adjustable
- Analog output
- Solid metal shell
- Reverse polarity protection, output short-circuit protection, output reverse polarity protection
