Designed for machining centers and transfer lines in high-volume production environments, the WRG automatically measures cylinder diameters, crank pins, camshaft bores, rivet holes, and other mechanical elements without relying on machine axes. It provides precise measurements of diameter, ovality, and cylindricity for bores ranging from just a few millimeters to over 200 mm.

Engineered for flexibility, a single WRG system can manage up to eight transducers, allowing multiple sections to be measured with one system to reduce equipment costs and simplify production. An integrated protection device also helps safeguard the gauge in the event of frontal collisions.

Working seamlessly with a WRI radio receiver and a MARPOSS P7 or E9066 amplifier, the WRG enables real-time measurement display and detailed statistical analysis, giving manufacturers valuable production insights as they happen.
