The Marposs I-Wave2 and Wave2 are advanced wireless gauging handles designed to deliver the highest level of precision, flexibility, and ease of use for manual off-line measurement. Offering sub-micron measuring performance, these smart gauges improve quality control while enabling measurement storage and statistical analysis through Marposs Industrial computers.

Compatible with a variety of gauging heads, the I-Wave2 and Wave2 measure internal diameters (from 3 mm and up), external diameters, gaps, bores, and countersinks. The integrated 1.8" TFT color screen displays measurement values and status directly in the operator's hand, while Bluetooth® communication automatically transmits measurements to Marposs systems or commercial/industrial PCs within a 10-meter range. If the operator moves beyond range, measurements are stored and transmitted automatically once reconnected.

Built for workshop environments, the ergonomic wireless handles feature automatic display orientation, twin push buttons, an inductive recharging system, and high protection against coolants and dust. Gauging heads can be quickly replaced to adapt to changing inspection requirements, providing a flexible solution for both advanced applications and stand-alone use.

For applications that do not require a gauging computer, the free Ready2Gauge app for iOS, Android, and Windows enables direct gauge programming, data storage, and export in common formats such as CSV and TXT, eliminating the need for specialized training and making precision measurement easier than ever.
