This magnetic separator system enables operators to ergonomically load and unload cylindrical containers, which are transferred into a magnet for processing within a segregated area. The separation process is fully adjustable across all variables.

The bioreactor is designed to flexibly accommodate a wide range of container sizes, varying in both diameter and height.

The system features an extremely compact bench configuration, designed for use as a stand-alone laboratory station. Equipped with wheels, it can be easily moved and connected to a non-industrial voltage power grid. The structure includes two shelves to optionally host a printer and a peristaltic pump. Laminar flow equipment can be integrated into the upper frame of the bench.

The operator loading side is protected by immaterial barriers that stop the process in the event of intrusion. Once the container is manually placed on the elevator and the curtain is restored, the container is lowered through the toroid magnet to a pre-set position via a linear axis. A sliding top cover is then manually positioned over the container to fully segregate the process.

Recipe parameters are managed through a touch graphic interface on the built-in front console panel. The same screen displays alarms and messages and controls the integrated devices.
