The dielectric material test fixture is equipped with electrode plates of 5mm and 38mm diameters. The fixtures can be connected directly to the BNC port of the 6630/6632 impedance analyzer to prevent distortion caused by line interferences. Additionally, the fixture is fitted with a high-precision micrometer for measuring material thickness. The 6630 Impedance Analyzer is equipped with a built-in dielectric permittivity calculator, which displays the dielectric constants and value D upon entering the diameter information of the electrode connectors and material thickness. Furthermore, the device can plot these two parameters' figures using the frequency scan function.
