Skyworks’ SKY66422-11 is the newest addition to our family of compact, high performance RF front-end modules (FEMs) which is specifically designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power Industrial, Scientific, Medical (ISM) applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range.  This new solution delivers improved sensitivity and more than double the operating range versus a standalone system-on-chip (SoC). The SKY66422-11 requires minimal board space and consumes low power, making it ideal for IoT and industrial platforms including sensors, beacons, smartwatches, thermostats, wireless cameras, medical pendants and smoke and CO detectors. The SKY66422-11 compliments our previously released SKY66420-11, SKY66421-11, and SKY66423-11 front-end modules.
