SPIROL has expanded its Compression Limiter offering with new Oval Compression Limiters designed for plastic assemblies. The CL400 Press-In and CL460 Molded-In series accommodate up to 2.25 mm of additional clearance on one axis, providing greater flexibility for centerline and stack-up tolerancing compared to round designs.

The CL400 Press-In is roll-formed from high-carbon steel for secure retention and cost efficiency, while the CL460 Molded-In features a butted seam to prevent plastic ingress during molding. Both series are rated for use with ISO Class 8.8 bolts.

SPIROL offers a full range of standard and machined Compression Limiters to support varying loads, tolerances, and installation methods. Engineers are available to provide complimentary application support and help select the optimal solution at the lowest total assembly cost.
