Silicon Particle Formation in Pyrolysis of Silane and Disilane
For amor- phous silicon films the optical properties are also sensi- tive to the film preparation method, such that combined film structure and temperature effects cause, for ex- ample, n to vary from 4 to 6, and k from 0.08 to .... Following this assumption, we examined the experimental data by modeling the reac- tion with the mechanism of Table 1 and fitting simulta- neously the enti~e set of collected transmittance profiles by varying the complex refractive index of silicon par- ticles.
