Piracy is Illegal?

I am a personal friend of Tyson from Newfoundland, Canada I just called his house about 20 minutes ago and his mom told me that he was taken away by the police. They took five or six of his PCs. That s all 1 know.

Halfmoon2 has been busted. Thirty-two boxes were confiscated with 2004+ DVDs, CDs. HM2 was affiliated with Centropy!

FBI agents came to Avec s house at 9:30 A.M. CMT with a federal search warrant. They took 271 CDs and watched her computer for several hours, monitoring site IRC channels she was in!

These are words of terror to a pirate. This is when the law finally catches up with you. Until now, for many it was just a game, a race, a competition. People who pirate software do not see it as malicious or harmful, it is just a hobby.
