ISO 14001 Environmental Certification Step by Step, Revised First Edition

A.J. Edwards
This model Environmental Management Manual has been written to show how to describe the structure and content of an environmental management system and to demonstrate that the organisation has satisfied all the requirements of ISO 14001.
The word 'organisation' has been used throughout to describe your business, firm or company. I suggest you change this to 'company', 'firm', 'practice', etc., as appropriate. This will give a greater sense of identity to the reader. Where '. . . . . . Ltd' is written, I suggest you insert the actual name of your organisation.
As in the other documents in this set, possible alternative text is shown (OR . . . . . .). Optional text is shown in brackets.

Therefore in this model Manual the initial 4 has been omitted, e.g. Clause 4.2 of the Standard has been numbered 2, Clause 4.5.1 has been numbered 5.1.
This text is available on the accompanying website. It can be downloaded and modified as required.
