Vice President and General Manager, Computer Telephone (CT) Consulting Services Division of Dialogic (Parsippany, NJ 973-993-3000, www.dialogic.com) an Intel company.
Geno Alissi has been the vice president and general manager of the Dialogic Computer Telephone Division since its establishment in 1995. In 1999, the CT Division was expanded to include the Dialogic Professional Services Business Unit and Parity Software Division (a 1999 acquisition).
Before taking on his current responsibilities, Alissi served as general manager of Digital Equipment s Computer Integrated Telephony (CIT) business unit, which provided computer telephone applications and solutions for the call center and customer management markets. CIT developed and introduced Digital s Computer Integrated Telephony product line, the first software-link product in the computer telephony industry, and was the first system integrator in the industry to deliver one-stop call center solutions for the financial services, utilities, retailing, healthcare, and telecommunications vertical markets.
Alissi holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Economics degree from American International College.
Chris Bajorek is co-founder and President of CT Labs, a firm started in 1998 that specializes in CT product testing. Prior to CT Labs, Bajorek founded Telephone Response Technologies, Inc. in 1986, a company that developed a variety of innovative CT products.
