Compared to other high efficiency centrifugal blowers, including Paxton's own AT-Series, the belt-driven, PX-Series is 33% more efficient, with blower efficiencies as high as 80%. That means you'll use 33% less energy! Paxton has completely redesigned the blower impellers and scrolls, improving aerodynamics to generate 33% more airflow per horsepower input. The PX-Series also comes with an industry-leading 3-Year Warranty!
Paxton''s Ionized Air System ensures that products are not contaminated by the dust and particulates present in even the cleanest industrial environment. This innovative new system first accelerates air through a high-efficiency 15,000 RPM centrifugal blower. The high-speed air is then filtered and ionized, and then directed onto to into the manufacturer''s product through targeted nozzles. The ionized air neutralizes the static charge that causes dirt to cling to products. Paxton''s Ionized Air System thoroughly cleans cans, bottles and/or product surfaces.

The Ionizing Can Rinser effectively and efficiently removes particulates, dust, and contaminants from cans by dissipating the static charges that cause dirt and debris to adhere to surfaces, and effectively blasts the contaminants away using Paxton''s own belt-driven, PX-Series Centrifugal Air Blowers. By combining powerful ionization with Paxton''s industry-leading centrifugal blowers, energy usage for air rinsing can be reduced by as much as 80% when replacing compressed air. And if you''re replacing water rinsing, sustainability is enhanced by eliminating water usage and disposal.
The use of pouches for packaging is rapidly growing in a variety of markets spanning from food and beverage to laundry detergent and health care products. Normally, pouches are filled, sealed and washed prior to secondary packaging. After washing, the pouch must be completely dried, to prevent bacteria growth or damage to case packaging. Paxton Products offers a variety of solutions that can be integrated into your current pouch drying system to improve your overall drying performance and the quality of your pouches. The process starts with defining your conveyor speed, the orientation of pouches as they travel down the conveyor, single- or multi-lane, pouch size, position of gusset(s), and much more.
Prior to labeling, powder and any other surface residue must be completely removed, in order for labels not to exhibit unwanted lumps, air pockets or crinkles. But when labeling plastic containers, static causes the powder to adhere to the bottle despite a blow off system. Unfortunately, many packagers have resorted to manual wiping of the bottles prior to labeling, to ensure the quality of the labeling process. Watch this video to see how Paxton's Ionizing Rinsing System effectively removes unwanted residue or powder from containers before they are labeled.
By combining inline nozzles with 'spider-like' arms that can flex to any position in order to reach under and around products, the Spyder Manifold is the ideal drying solution for targeting hard-to-reach areas and production lines with unique drying needs. Available in 4, 8, and 16-arm models, the Spyder Manifold can quickly and easily be adjusted for product changeovers and is able to accommodate high speed, low speed, and multi-lane lines - ultimately reducing downtime while improving product quality.
In this video, one of Paxton's experienced Application Engineers takes you through the steps for installing a Paxton Products Air Knife on the side of your conveyor. Watch this video and see which mounting tools you'll need for installation, how to properly angle your Air Knife, how to position it on a conveyor, and much more.
Whether canning, bottling, packaging, cleaning or processing, Paxton Products provides air delivery systems designed for foods and beverage manufacturers. Paxton air systems combine a high speed centrifugal blower with an air delivery device that targets the product with high velocity air to shear water from the surface. And because Paxton systems are custom engineered for efficiency, you'll use up to 80% less energy with a return on investment of often less than a year!
The CapDryer, by Paxton Products, is an all-in-one drying manifold designed to effectively and efficiently dry bottles ranging from 8 oz. to 3 liters. The CapDryer provides complete, high velocity drying of the bottle neck and lid to improve the quality of coding, tamper branding, vision system results, and many other packaging operations. Available in two sizes (12 and 24 nozzle), the durable, stainless steel construction of Paxton''s CapDryer also makes it suitable for washdown areas.
The Paxton Products Spyder Manifold is the most effective system for drying the tops, sides, and under the rim of cans by combining inline nozzles with arms that flex to any position to reach under and around cans. The tops and rims of cans are hard to dry areas and failure to effectively dry these areas can lead to bacterial growth and corrosion. The Spyder Manifold comes in three different sizes, to fit any size production line.
