Our axial-lead and SMD diodes range from 2kV to 20kV. All wafers are doped, diffused and metalized in our facility. We offer extensive testing to insure that our customers receive the highest quality diodes possible.

Select from reverse recovery times (Trr) of 3000nS to 30nS.

Terminations include Axial-leads, Surface Mount Molded and Formed Leads.

Military qualified diodes, including axial-lead, surface mount and JANTX/JANTXV, are also available.
