Altech plastic limit switches use durable plastic (often thermoplastic or polyamide) bodies that make them lighter and more resistant to corrosion than metal body versions. They are available in multiple configurations such as plunger, roller, lever, slow action, with up to 10 A / 240 VAC ratings (depending on model).

They often come with IP-rated protection (some IP65) for ingress and weather resistance. Mounting and actuator options are flexible: top, side, or lever/roller types, and they offer multiple cable entry paths.
