At E-Z-Hook we like to think that CUSTOM IS STANDARD. Our goal is to provide clients product manufactured how they need it. Based on this philosophy, E-Z-Hook provides customers the ability to tailor and customize existing products to meet their unique testing requirements. We are able to provide custom cable and lead lengths for standard parts, as well as creating unique connector combinations for test leads and test cables. For most of our hook styles, we can customize hook bends, plating specifications, and spring tension. For many of our clients, numbering has been a requirement, so based on the product we can add labeled heat shrink or hot stamp the product with an identifier code. We work with clients to create custom kits and are happy to integrate external products as needed. Please contact us with your custom requirements.
Assembly
Leveraging our experienced production team, we can integrate a wide variety of non-E-Z-Hook products and client provided components into our manufacturing process. We can manage the entire process including sourcing components, as well as designing and building the required assembly tooling to actually manufacturer the products. With our varied in-house tooling, equipment and machinery we are able to work with small lot requirements as well as large lot orders.
