The CentriFeeder® VIB takes the vibratory feeder to a whole new level! Combining the capabilities of a vibratory feeder with the highly accurate mass flow measurement of the CentriFlow® meter, the CentriFeeder® VIB measure the flow rate and totalization of dry, free-flowing, bulk solids and controls it as well! That is right, mass flow control with a vibratory feeder!
The design of this unit allows it to be easily customized to fit in just about any existing process or new process line. With a small supply hopper or hopper transition, a head of product is positioned above the feeder tray, so it can be adjusted vertically to provide a course setting for the flow range needed. Then with the CentriFlow® meter located at the end of the vibratory feeder, actual mass flow rate measurement is fed back into the included controls, allowing for the ultimate in mass flow control with a vibratory feeder. The CentriFeeder® VIB has a very fast response time, getting under control in less than a second even with very large set point changes.
